Our 30-day return policy for frostyroller™ is strictly enforced. We expect all returns to be made within 30 days of receiving the product, and the item must be in an unused condition with the original packaging and receipt. The customer is fully responsible for bearing the shipping costs unless the product is damaged or does not meet the description provided.

Once we receive and inspect the frostyroller™ return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We take our return policy very seriously, and any violation of the policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria, and we may charge a restocking fee for any items returned in a non-saleable condition.
